The second annual symposium of the 14th Amendment Center for Law and Democracy, held at the Howard University School of Law on April 10, 2026, brought together students, activists, artists, journalists, and scholars for conversations and calls to action about how the 14th Amendment can be a catalyst for a new Refounding.
